By using the Website, You consent to KW obtaining the information You submitted. Neither the VAHE nor KW receives any compensation or fees from each other as a result of KW listed as a “Partner” on the Website regardless of whether You, at Your sole risk, decide to use any services provided by KW. Nothing in this Agreement shall require You to use KW’s services and nothing in this Agreement shall require KW to accept You as a client of KW.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
